Denenholz, Chicago; George Eisenberg, Chicago; Harry L. Faulkner, Chicago; Raymond F. Grissom, Oak Park, Ill.; Howard M. Jacobs, Chicago; Vernon E. Lennarson, Waukegan, Ill.; Benjamin Jacque Malnekoff, Milwaukee; Kenneth B. McDonough, Madison, Wis.; James Joseph O'Connor, East Chicago, Ill.; Mark F.
