In this work the usual form for volumes of this kind is followed; that is, the chapters are on the frequency, pathology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the disease discussed. The uniqueness of this work lies in the fact that, while nothing new is added to the literature, the book is excellent and well written. It could profitably be translated into English.
