Moore has given an unusually clear and simple presentation of the important factors in the nutrition of mother and child. He has given enough scientific data to satisfy the intelligent mother and to secure her adherence to the principles that he lays down. Of particular interest are his chapters on the importance of breast feeding and the means available for establishing an adequate flow of breast milk.
