Calcification of the choroid plexus in children has not been described hitherto in the pediatric literature. The neurologist and the roentgenologist have been made aware of the condition and its significance by the reports of Heuer and Dandy,¹ Dyke² and Beals³ and, more recently, of Dyke and Davidoff.⁴ The roentgenograms for the case described herein were shown to a number of pediatric authorities who not only had never seen such a case but were unacquainted with the findings of the foregoing observers. It therefore seemed desirable to report this case as one of pediatric interest.

A brief anatomic consideration of the choroid plexus is of interest. The following paragraph is quoted from Dyke and Davidoff:⁴
