The purpose of this paper is to report the case of an infant in whom generalized tuberculosis assumed an unusual form.

REPORT OF A CASE

History.—A girl of Portuguese-American parentage, born on Aug. 17, 1929, was brought to the University of California Children's Clinic at the age of 10 weeks with a complaint of ulcer of the buttock of two weeks' duration. The only points of interest in the history were: The infant had been fed on breast milk and a supplementary mixture half of cow's milk and half of water and corn syrup since birth, but, though apparently well, had consistently failed to gain.
