Error in Text and Table. In the article titled "The Preparedness of Pediatricians for Emergencies in the Office: What Is Broken, Should We Care, and How Can We Fix It?," published in the March ARCHIVES (1996;150: 249-256), on page 250, the first sentence under the "Data Acquisition" heading should have read as follows: "Qualified representatives at each practice (a physician or nurse) were interviewed by telephone by a pediatrician (D.J.W.) or pediatric nurses familiar with emergency training, equipment, and medications." In addition, on page 251, in Table 1, the 2 column headings "Resuscitation Training Needed for High-level Preparedness" and "Minimum Essential Resuscitation Training" should be transposed, and "BLS" should have appeared at the bottom of the fourth column.
