Diseases of the respiratory system are common in a pediatric practice. The editors' goal was to integrate into a single text information that will be valuable"... to the community of pediatric caregivers..." interested in the diagnosis and management of common respiratory disorders of infants and children. The editors and 33 other contributors have succeeded admirably. This practical text provides subject material on clinical pulmonary problems in an effective manner made to order for busy primary care physicians and other health care providers.
