—In the article entitled "Cerebral Salt Wasting in Children: The Need for Recognition and Treatment," published in the February 1993 AJDC (1993;147:167-169), an error appeared in the abstract. Under "Measurements and Main Results," the second sentence should have read as follows: "They also had elevated plasma atrial natriuretic hormone (ANH) concentrations, decreased aldosterone concentrations, and decreased [not increased] plasma renin activity for their degree of hyponatremia and negative fluid balance." . . .
