In Reply.—AJDC has added Dr George Brown to our Editorial Board and together with me and the other board members, he will develop policies and procedures to ensure adequate statistical review for all papers. We are aware of the problems Dr Brawley aptly points out and have also asked Dr Brown to conduct a retrospective review of all published reports since I became editor.
