Why does the AJDC exist? What are its purposes? Whom does it serve? Answers to these questions can assist authors and readers alike to determine which articles should be submitted and which should be read. What follows is a display of the purposes of the AJDC, as developed by the editor, associate editors, and editorial board. Your comments are welcome and can be sent directly to the editor.
Our primary goal is to help improve the health and welfare of children. To reach toward this goal, we believe the following specific objectives provide stepping-stones for achievement.
