Sir.—In the December 1975 issue of the JOURNAL (129:1440, 1975), there appeared an article entitled "The Ash-Upmark Kidney," by E. Himmelfarb, J. G. Rabinowitz, L. Parvey, S. Gamill, and B. Arant, from the departments of diagnostic radiology and pediatrics at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis.
