Errors in Correspondence and Additional Information. In the article titled "A Randomized Controlled Evaluation of the Effect of Community Health Workers on Hospitalization for Asthma," by Fisher et al, published in the March issue of the Archives (2009;163[3]:225-232), the addresses for Correspondence and Additional Information were incorrect.
