In the article titled "Off-label Drug Use in Hospitalized Children" by Shah et al, published in the March issue of the Archives (2007;161[3]:282-290), the value given in Table 2 (page 285) in the "Characteristic" column, "Age, %" subheading, "29 d to 1 y" row in the "PHIS No." column, should have been 99 614. Online versions of this article on the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine Web site were corrected on May 8, 2007.
