The CHARGE association. How well can they do?

E. Goldson, A. C. Smith and J. M. Stewart

Two patients with the CHARGE association are described, and their clinical courses are described. A longitudinal view is presented with emphasis on the patients' developmental functioning. The positive effects of early identification and intervention and the need for an interdisciplinary approach to management are discussed.
