Hemorrhagic shock and encephalopathy syndrome. Its association with hyperthermia

Hemorrhagic shock and encephalopathy syndrome is a well-described entity in
recent pediatric literature. We further discuss the issue by reporting the
cases of three new patients. We attempt to elucidate the role of
hyperpyrexia in this disorder.
