What is the lower limit of viability? Intact survival of a 440-g infant

J. R. Pleasure, M. Dhand and M. Kaur

The fourth smallest infant found to be reported with a long-term survival, a 440-g girl, was cared for in an intensive care nursery. With minimal intervention needed in this remarkable infant, her growth and development have shown an excellent outcome at the age of 2 years.
