Osteomyelitis of the pelvis. A diagnostic problem

Osteomyelitis of the pelvis occurs more frequently than generally recognized. Three cases are presented that illustrate the diagnostic difficulties involved. All of the cases of pelvic osteomyelitis seen at The Children's Hospital, Denver, from 1943 to 1977 are summarized.
