Dominant Inheritance of Scheuermann's Juvenile Kyphosis

Abstract
Familial occurrence of Scheuermann's juvenile kyphosis is well known, but no specific mode of inheritance has been recognized. We describe five families in which the disease seems to follow an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance.
