Am J Dis Child. 1974;128(1):112-113.

Abstract

A 2-month-old boy had an acute onset of idiopathic Bell palsy. To our knowledge, this is the third case to be reported in which the patient was under 1 year of age. Complete recovery was noted after two months. In its course, the disease resembled idiopathic Bell palsy as seen in older children.
