Abstract
Seventy-four cases of solitary kidney showed associated organ anomalies, including the kidney itself, heart, vertebral column, anus, long bones, hands, and genitalia. The increased vulnerability of the single kidney to infection or reinfection and calculus formation necessitates long-term continuity of care.
