Abstract
A 13-year-old boy with Klinefelter syndrome who developed systemic lupus erythematosus is presented. To our knowledge, this is the fourth instance of this combination reported in the literature. The association of chromosomal anomalies and homologous autoantibodies in various clinical contexts may suggest an underlying relationship between these two phenomena.
