Abstract
Little has been published on the sexual and intellectual development and social adaptation, in the older patient with RussellSilver syndrome. We have re-evaluated the condition of a 13-year-old girl in whom the diagnosis was made at age 4. She has reached sexual maturity and has a normal menstrual cycle. Her bone age has accelerated to equal her chronological age. Her physical appearance, aside from small size and moderate asymmetry, is no longer obviously abnormal, and her emotional and intellectual development are normal.
