Acrocephalopolysyndactyly, Type II (Carpenter Syndrome)

Abstract
A 2-month-old girl with acrocephalopolysyndactyly, type II (Carpenter syndrome) is presented. To our knowledge, this is the 18th reported case of this syndrome and the first outside the North-American and European continents.
