Participation of Pediatric Residents in a Nurse Practitioner Program

Abstract
In a program designed to involve pediatric resident physicians and pediatric nurse practitioners at both educational and health service delivery levels, participants have developed an ability to work cooperatively and additively in a clinical setting.
