Ileocolitis Associated With Measles (Rubeola)

Abstract
A case of fatal measles is reported in a five-year-old boy with diarrhea. At necropsy, an ileocolitis whose histopathology suggested not only a viral etiology, but more specifically incriminated rubeola virus, was present.
